ESTA Training

On Thursday, 3 December 2020, attorney Nikita Roode presented an ESTA training session to members of the Witzenberg Water for Justice Coalition in Bella Vista. The session was attended by 25 members of the coalition, and focused on farm occupiers’ right of security of tenure in terms of the Extension of Security of Tenure Act, 62 of 1997. Ms Roode was accompanied by candidate legal practitioner Betsie Vlok.
